Facebook 1,000 Members Giveaway

 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The FACEBOOK 1,000 MEMBERS GIVEAWAY will be held on Tuesday 11 October 2.30pm.   
  2. Entry is available from 2.00pm Monday 10th October to 2.00pm on Tuesday 11th October.
  3. Entry to the draw is available to all followers on the Casino Facebook page during the time period above.
  4. To enter the promotion, followers on Facebook will be given the opportunity to enter the draw by emailing a specifically set up email address (win@christchurchcasino.co.nz) where they will need to email their contact name, address, phone number and age in order to enter the draw. 
  5. It is then the responsibility of the customer to ensure all requested fields are listed in the email.
  6. The draw will be open from 2.00pm Monday 10th October to 2.00pm on Tuesday 11th October (24 hours to enter)
  7. A guest may enter the competition only once during the promotional period stated.
  8. Immediately following the draw closing time of 2.00pm on Tuesday 11th October, the draw will be carried out as follows:
    1. A staff member will collect all the entries and input these into a database ensuring there are formulas to ensure no double-ups of names or fields.  The database will be used to select 38 winners, who will then be randomly assigned one of the 38 prizes.
    2. The winning patron will be contact either by phone or email.
    3. If the winning customer does not respond or present themselves, the assigned prize will become null and void.
  9. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

 

NOTES

10. Christchurch Casino takes no responsibility for followers who have entered the draw and are unable to gain entry to the Casino to pick up assigned prize if it is at capacity at their time of anticipated entry on the day or if they are removed from the premises or unable to enter for any reason.

11. A customer will need to respond or make contact with Christchurch Casino within 48 hours of being notified that they are the winner. If they do not respond their prize will become null and void.

12. Whilst every endeavor will be made by Christchurch Casino staff to explain the rules of the promotion, Christchurch Casino will not be held responsible for any information misunderstood or omitted.

13. All entrants in the FACEBOOK 1,000 MEMBERS GIVEAWAY promotion must be twenty years of age or older.  Failure to comply with the minimum age or regulations of Christchurch Casinos Limited will lead to disqualification from the promotion and the forfeiture of any prize won or awarded.

14. Employees of Christchurch Casinos Limited their spouse and/or long term partner are not eligible for entry into the FACEBOOK 1,000 MEMBERS GIVEAWAY promotion.

15. Customers who are in any way excluded from entering Christchurch Casino (including those excluded after their entries have been accepted), are not eligible to participate in the FACEBOOK 1,000 MEMBERS GIVEAWAY promotion.

16. Christchurch Casinos Limited decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Christchurch Casinos Limited shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions whatsoever in relation to this promotion. Christchurch Casinos Limited reserves the right to alter any aspect of this promotion in accordance with the Gazetted Rules for Casino Promotions.

18.Christchurch Casinos Limited undertakes that the FACEBOOK 1,000 MEMBERS GIVEAWAY prize draw will result in prizes up to a value of $1860. Under no circumstances whatsoever will more than $1860 in prizes be won in the FACEBOOK 1,000 MEMBERS GIVEAWAY promotion.

19. A copy of the Conditions of Entry and the Gazetted Rules for Casino Promotions are available upon request for the review of patrons.
